The Process
The following is a brief overview of how we do business. It is by no means complete, but these points illustrate our basic philosophy and business process.  
  1. FEES
  2. •In general, these are guidelines as to normal process, but the size and scope of any individual project will determine the actual fee setup.
  3. •Writing, database programming and presentations are quoted as a fixed price.
  4. •Editing and Consulting are presented as an hourly rate.
 
  1.  CONTRACTS
  2. •We have a set of terms and conditions that both Berdan Technical Services and our clients agree to.
  3. •After we have gathered the requirements for a job, you will be presented with a detailed Statement of Work which will specify exactly what we will provide.
 
  1.  CHANGES
  2. • Any changes that are not defined in the Statement of Work will require contract addenda.
 
  1.  REVISIONS
  2. •In general, after we deliver the product, the client can ask for changes, and we will deliver a final product based after making those changes.
 
  1.  SCHEDULE OF DELIVERABLES
  2. •When we deliver the statement of work, we will also present a schedule of deliverables. Some deliverables will require that the client respond within a defined period of time in order to maintain this schedule. Additions will also change that schedule.
