1. Why should I hire a technical writer?
Because you’ll get quality work, at a price you can budget and you’ll get the documents on schedule. Does your business generate enough writing to justify a full-time writer?
2. Do you provide graphics as well as words?
We are not graphics designers, so we suggest that you hire a good graphics company to produce the look that you want. We can, though, sub-contract that, if you want. Our job is to provide words.
3. Why do you require that I sign off at each step of the process?
We want to deliver what you need and when you need it. In order to do this, we must have the cooperation of our clients. Clients should be available for meetings and consultations so that we can keep to the schedule.
