For the most part, we are limited to upstate New York for any kind of on-site consulting (software configuration, IT analyses). But we can do code evaluation long distance.

2. Why should I use open source?

Open Source is not necessarily free (some is, some isn’t). But Open Source Software can be very cost effective, because the base software is free. But because the software is not proprietary, there are many companies that create specialized modules for this software. It can be a great, cost-effective option to large software systems.
